This incident has been resolved.
An upstream fix has been made, we are continuing to monitor.
We are seeing signs of recovery across all services.
API failures have been traced to an outage with one of our service providers. We will continue monitoring and provide updates as soon as possible.
Ongoing efforts to address the root cause of yesterday's issue caused a brief disruption in service.
We are currently investigating elevated error rates detected by our monitoring.
A network failure on our backend systems caused an interruption in service for some users. We have resolved the underlying issue and are monitoring to ensure systems recover.
An outage at one of our cloud providers resulted in errors for API users. Services appear to be recovering, however we will continue to monitor the situation.
We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident.
An outage impacting legacy models has been identified. A fix is in process.
